House Rules

Check in - 12.00 Noon:

Early arrival is subject to availability.
For guaranteed early check-in prior to 8.00 A.M. reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out - 11.00 Noon:

Child / Extra bed policy:

The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned & agreed upon at the time of booking.
One Child below 06 years can be accommodated in the same room as parents on no extra charges without an extra bed.
Extra person sharing the room ( above 6 years of
age), extra charge of Rs. 500 per day per bed.

Confirmation & Billing:

We request you to confirm your reservation by making 100% advance payment of the stay duration against Bank transfer/ cash deposit.

Recreation:

Bonfire and Barbeque can be provided on request in the garden area till 10:00 PM only and both facilities are chargeable. In case of snow & rain, we will not be able to provide these services.

Cancellation Policy:

We kindly request that all cancellations be submitted in writing; unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations over the phone.
If you wish to cancel, and the request is received 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled arrival date, we will gladly refund 80% of the advance payment.
For cancellations received between 15 to 29 days in advance, a 50% refund of the advance payment will be issued.
Regrettably, no refund will be provided for cancellations received less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Please be advised that any reduction in the length of stay upon arrival will incur penalty charges equivalent to the cost of the full-length stay.
In the event of a cancellation upon arrival, no-show, early departure, change of dates, or partial cancellation, it will be treated as a cancellation, and 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
